Fit & Exchange Guarantee
We want you and your dog to feel confident using PawUp™. Because PawUp™ is a mobility support harness, we do not offer general returns once the harness has been used.
However, we understand that proper fit is essential. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a size exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

Clean and free of hair, dirt, or odor

Gently tried on only for fitting purposes

Undamaged and in good condition

Returned with proof of purchase

Important: Please contact us before sending any items back. Products sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at PawUpSupport@gmail.com, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
Exceptions / Non-Eligible Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
